SCAD Heart Attack Awareness Week is February 21-27, 2021, the third full week in February.
While we hope you will raise awareness year-round, February 21-27 is a great time to get the word out.
There are many ways to raise awareness including:
- Sharing your story on social media and your local news outlets such as newspapers, radio and TV stations.
- Distributing SCAD Awareness Brochures to the General Community*, Medical Professionals and EMT/First Responders.
- Wearing SCAD clothing, many designs are available in our SCAD Store including the new SCAD Awareness design
- Sharing Voices of SCAD videos on social media
*We have printed copies of the brochure for the general community. Please message us through our website or scadinfo@scadresearch.org with the number of brochures and your mailing address. We’ll mail them at the end of each week.
We are also planning a virtual get together especially for survivors on Friday, February 26. Watch for details.
