No family history of heart issues, not overweight, low blood pressure, eat healthy. Single mum of one little girl. Had a heart attack this week and eventually was diagnosed with SCAD. Now trying to learn as much as possible and hope to prevent recurrance, though not sure there is much prevention available. Am taking several prescribed meds, but not sure they really can help. Worried about leaving my little one an orphan. Anyone else in NC out there?
