I’m 46 yr old female who has in the last 3 weeks suffered from a scad incident. Mum of 2 just going through life like normal and then on 29th January 2016 ,I was at work on a normal day, felt really good that day also, no warning.In split second had like a punch to the middle of my chest and the room started spinning. Also very breathless and sweating. My colleagues rang for ambulance and rushed to hospital where I stayed for a week, had angioplasty and diagnosed with scad. Luckily just rest and meds needed. Still can’t believe what has happened and how easy life changes in a moment. Will try and make the most of life now and look after myself a bit more. Still having pains but hopefully on the mend
