I was on vacation from work last week, at 6am couldn’t ignore the pain then the vomiting and I knew I was having a heart attack. I had one 3 years ago, my angiogram results were no blockages. I am a 61 year old lady do plenty of exercise all my life am in good shape. They ran other tests couldn’t find anything said it was spasms.
This time when they did the angiogram they saw the tear then they checked my last angiogram and saw the tear in that one too, I got diagnosed with SCAD never heard of it and I am scared.
The only thing they gave me is blood pressure medicine even though I don’t have high blood pressure as a precaution.
Does anyone know a doctor who specializes in this or knows if this goes away.
