We are excited to announce the 5K video to raise awareness about the National/Chicago area is done! The video not only promotes the 5K in IL, it also raises awareness about SCAD.
Join us on Saturday, June 8 for our 8th chip timed SCADaddle Run/Walk at Danada Forest Preserve. The well-groomed, crushed limestone USATF certified 5K course winds through Danada’s beautiful landscape.
All runners/walkers will be timed. Awards will be given to overall winner male and female. Medals/recognition will be given to 2nd and 3rd place male/female overall and to the top three males/females in various age groups. .
Other activities include:
• Complimentary pasta lunch & other refreshments
• Wonderful silent auction
• Face painting for the kids
• Fun for all!
SCAD Reunion events on Friday evening for SCAD survivors, their supporters and those who lost someone to SCAD are also planned.
